I have not heard from this man in over a year, we have not really talked a lot in the past but we just seem to have a connenction and he is a sweetheart to boot. He want's to get together tomorrow and hang out, I have a bad habit of thinkin too much of people. How can I really tell if he is still the great guy that I once knew and if his intentions are good. Im just tired of being played with thats all. Maybe a few tips on what we sould talk about tomorrow would be helpfull. Keep in mind Im getting over an ex and would LOVE to move on and I don't want to use this man in any way. I don't belive in useing anyone to get over or gain any thing. Maybe that's why im always the one to get my heart broke. Young and dumb as well lol. btw I met this man through a friend of mine that plays in a band we all know each other pretty well.

I am old fashioned but a person should never jump from one relationship to another. Go out be friends talk about whatever just keep the radar up and keep it just friends. Don't fall for any lines that will wind you up in bed with this guy.

Tips for tomorrow:
1. Pray!
2. Be yourself, enjoy the moment
3. Be smart, be wise, dont cheapen yourself
4. Make a plan B: make an appoinment with your family or friends 1 or 2 hours after your schedule with him; if he is the one, you'll have a very good excuse to check his compatibility with your people, but if he is not the one, then you don't have to waste the whole day with him.

don't return back to the past, just see what he want? and why he called you after over a year?
if he has good reason, and he still the same guy whom you know, that's time you have to think if you want to complete this relationship or not
its depends on you.

Just hang out and talk to him. for all you know he is getting over someone as well. just think of him as a friend and if more is going to develop in time it will. you might ask your friend what he thinks but it might be good for both of you.
