winzip is a software that can easily compress your files.....
also to view the compressed files ( compressed with winzip), you need winzip....
i dont think it is available in every pc... you can download it from http://www.download.com
but i recommend you should use winrar.... it is better and can also open .rar files which winzip cant.

Often you come across situations where you want to decrease the size of the files.
For ex: you want to make a data cd.The data cd is of 715Mb.But you cant delete or exclude anything.
Winzip is a software that helps these problems.
One can compress and uncompress the files there.
While compressing a group of files or a file, it's size decreases.Hence it's advantageous.
There may be many files which are zipped.So you need to unzip them to get the real files.
Win zip is available on net.Its not compulsory that iy should be there in every PC.Windows doesn't provide that by default.

It's free compression software that allows you to compress one or more files, hence making them "lighter" in terms of the number of bits they are made up of and therefore more portable - you can zip a file and send it by email and it will get to your recipient faster. You may also avoid having your message automatically deleted because it is too large if you zip it first.
It doesn't come on every PC as such. Windows has its own compression software that comes with recent versions of the OS but Winzip personal edition is free to download. You can get it on http://www.download.com if you type in WinZip.

it is available for every pc, winzip decompressed compressed files. people usually compress files to either keep them together or to reduce the file size and winzip is a good way to be able to reach these compressed fiels

Winzip is mainly used to reduce the size of a file. Its also easy to send .exe files and application files after compressing them.
If u dont have winzip in your PC then u have to install it.

I have a solution for u.
for ur information I tell u that "Winzip" is nothing but an application which is use to compress any file or folder size and saved in a separated folder.
as folder/file name.zip
And it is usefull to send ur data or file in less kb/mb size
through Internet or any other source.
It is available in every PC but if it is not
then u can install it in ur PC very easily.
U can have it from ur friend or any system admin.

winzip is the compres the file or folder its use the compress the size of file and the winzip is not availanle in every pc
but in xp operationg system is inbild this software

Do disk cleanup and defrag (in Windows). Delete everything you don't need or use, or store it on a memory stick.. Then defrag again. Unless you have a restore disk (you will bring it back to it's original state and lose all your files), or a Windows disk where you can retain existing files you are stuck. Extra memory is the most likely way to increase speed, but really you should tidy up first before spending.

Winzip is used for zip ( conpress ) files. It is a software. never come with pc. You have to purchase it.
