i am SO irritated, i promised myself starting new years that i would reduce what i was eating and start eating correctly... but i keep messing up with all the chocolates and stuff high in sugar!! what can i do??? i really wanna lose some weight... (especiall bcuz our senior prom is next month)!!! AND i was wondering if anyone has tried VCO? (virgin coconut oil) i heard it helps you lose weight.. does it work? how about the VCO in capsules, um i think COGEL is the name.. please help me out..

diet pills are never the answer. they have longterm effects that nobody pays attention to. please dont take them, for your own sake.
just cut out carbs and drink tons of water. it really is the best if you exercise with it.

reward yourself with the choclates AFTER you have done some running or weightlifting, some type of cardio that gets you sweating (but not killing yourself).

In a way, you'll be getting the best of both worlds, cuz you'll have your choclate plus your body will have some sugars to recover from the exercise.
what I don't know is... is how much choclate you're eating. you don't want to eat the whole (or even half) the box like I would tend to do.

want a program? go buy bill phillips book "body for life" and do that.

as a result (the end of the program) you'll have a faster metabolism and can "get away" with eating chocolate without gaining weight as easy. Again, we're not talking about the whole bag.

Eat yogurt and pecans. Get the vanilla or pina colada yogurts at Walmart and eat them every day. Take a vitamin each day too.
Durning the week if you get really hungry, eat a Healthy Choice dinner. I recommend the chinese chicken.

Drink lots of water and exercise 15 minutes every day. You will lose about 25 pounds.

ps eat no diet pills and plz eat veggies too daily when you have lost the 25 pounds.
