The only fat free foods are vegetables and fruits, but not all. For instance, you will have some amount of fat in beans and legumes, as well as in avocado or banana. Nuts are also rich in fats, but those fats are good for you, just like natural fats that come from tuna or salmon. You probably don't want to exclude all the fats from your nutrition, but you should beware of red meat like pork or beef. Some fats are essential in our diets, and it is important you do not cut them out completely. If however you need to eat things without fat, the best things to eat are vegetables and fruit, dried drum wheat pasta, rice. hope this helps.
