U need to configure the outlook express.
1.open Outlook express
2.goto to tools menu
3.select account
4.click mail tab
5.click add
6.new wizard will appear
7.type the name
8.next,type e-mail address(of the same server)
9.next,type incoming mail server & outgoing mail server
10.next,type ur username,password.
11.finish
depending the type of server u need to configure some
properties also.
But these sevices of yahoo,rediff etc r not free .
Free service of mail server are
1.gmail.com (incoming ms- pop.gmail.com ,outgoing ms-
smtp.gmail.com)
2.gawab.com (incoming ms- pop.gawab.com ,outgoing ms-
smtp.gawab.com )
etc

First u wants to purchase POP3 access for that mails, then u will can configure it to outlook.

....nothing but you need main service provider i.e. you need to have e-mail account in internet server of one company or institute. Chack if there is such service provider then register.

I feel mozilla thunderbird better than microsoft outlook. If you want it, go to www.mozilla.org and also mozilla firefox better than internet explorer
