Sounds silly, but it is a serious question. Most of my loved ones will end up in Hell, according to some religion. I can't imagine Heaven being a true Heaven without my loved ones.

So, if by any chance somewhere in my life I would 'find Jesus', does that also mean spending an eternity away from my loved ones?

Personally i think everyone has their own Heaven awaiting them if God decides they end up there, i think in your Heaven you will have whats most important to you and who or what you loved most. Maybe in your personal Heaven they will be there with you, but maybe in their own eternities they will be somewhere else. Sounds silly when you type it out but its one of many theories I have. Good question.

Why would you want to let Jesus in your heart, if you don't want to spend eternity in heaven? That doesn't make any sense. Why would you rather spend it in hell anyways? I mean sure, you know alot of people going to hell, but would you really want to spend eternity burning. You can try to help those people that you love find God, though. Don't give it all up.

Yes, that's a stupid question, how can you believe in Jesus and say you let him into your heart and not want to go to heaven, that's the whole idea, to Shun hell and go to heaven to be with Jesus..
anyways when and if you were get to heaven you are not going to be aware of who's missing.
You are responsible for your own soul, don't lose yours over others who won't believe, and who knows you could be the one who shows them the way..

You do not know if you or anyone else does come to either heaven or hell, we can just pray and hope we and all others will come to heaven.

We will be judged according to our acts, that's what Jesus says in the Gospel.
Faith , hope and charity all are required.

I can understand your question and I feel somewhat like you to the point of where I want to spend eternity.
Your loved ones (as I believe as a Christian) had a choice to make to accept Jesus and follow Him as do you. Weather or not they made a correct decission is certinally not for me to judge.

My personal experience leads me to believe after this life, the love of God will erase all the bad memories we had on earth and fill us (our spiritual being) with His Love and compassion.

The loved ones gone on would want the best for you and I would be led to believe they would not want you to make a mistake and turn from Jesus.

the idea of getting Jesus in your heart is going to haven and staying eternally in the presence of God. U can receive him, learn the message of the cross, share with your family and pray for them. They dont have to go to hell. But the Lord will extend His mercies to them

but what if those people who told you that your loved ones will go to hell are the ones who will go to hell instead? would you still want to go to hell? my point is, no person alive can ever say for certain who's going to heaven and who's going to hell, or even has the right to condemn anyone for all eternity.

The Bible says in Deuteronomy 6:5 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength."
and not to place anyone above Him, because that would be considered you turning your loved ones into gods found in Deut. 5:7 states "You shall have no other gods before me." So no you cannot hold Jesus in your heart if you have that attitude.

Let me set your mind at ease then.

If you are in heaven, and a loved one is not with you, you wont know about it, because the Lord in His mercy knows that would hurt you.

If you would rather choose hell to be with your loved ones, know that they will not be with you. Hell is a lonely place where your desires are increased but never fulfilled - and you will be alone.

And if you choose to be with your loved ones more than you choose to be with the Lord, you have put them before Him which is wrong.

Why would you not want to go to heaven?! We're all given the choice to accept Jesus Christ as our Savior. I can't imagine anybody wanting to go to hell.
