wow that's a specific question!!! it helps to have a guide for this, but imagine the rainbow, spread across the body, find the colors. take a good look at reflexology, there is a good combination there. good luck. thomas

I have learnt that "chakras" comes from Hinduism - not sure if it is part of the religion, but basically the terms used in "chakras" originally are Indian words. You could try to search for it under Hinduism context.
To learn to control the "chakras" and increase the effect in nowadays environment, you could go for yoga. When I learnt yoga last time, they made me practising "chakras". So you may want to look for the right yoga tutor!
Precious stones are well-versed by the Chinese. And it is a lengthy course to learn one! =)

Simply focus your mind. If you need external props, go for them, but eventually you will reailze you don't need anything from the outside to re-energize.
