Try not to stress, and remind yourself that it is PROBABLY stress (this usually helps you relax a little more than freaking out), but don't dismiss the possibility of something else.

Every women has a completely different experience, and often suffer from very significant hormonal imbalances following the birth of a child but ultimately if you feel that something is wrong.... see another GP. All Dr's are human, they can make mistakes- and sometimes we need to remind ourselves of that fact.

If you are not completely satisfied with your GP see someone else, and sooner rather than later.

I have three kids and had this after my last. They said it was a hormone imbalance caused by stress, lack of sleep and breast feeding. Breast feeding can cause the sweats as it raises your metabolism and helps you loose weight (if you are breast feeding). It could, and I don't want to worry you, but it could be the menopause, I don't know how old you are. The pains can also be caused by breast feeding as your uterus tightens up although it should have finished doing that by now. Good luck, do go see your doctor As these problems could start to affect your baby.

when my baby was a couple of months old I had tingling and numbness in all parts of my body, burning feelings headaches and aches and pains which lasted for seconds or minutes then just disappeared. I was very worried it took me ages to get a doctors appointment and i was told it was a virus and to take paracetamol! these symptoms lasted approx 6 months . I eventually had blood test and scans everything was normal. I was extremely worried whilst waiting for these tests, however, no explanation was found for these symptoms. This was 3years ago now. Get yourself checked out and be persistent,. My Gp fobbed me off for months. Hope everything turns out ok

This sounds to me like a hormone imbalance coupled with the added stress. You need to see your GP who might want to do some blood tests and put you on the road to health again.
As for the stress, you need to talk to your partner. Talking is everything, we simply don't do enough of it these days. Tell them everything and listen to what they have to say.
Be considerate and understanding. Good Luck.

when you say you are tingly, do u suffer with tingly hands and up ur arms and all around your lips?
if so you may have post natal depression,
i had a lot of these physical symptoms that you describe, don't stress if it is you will get better with treatment. or it could just be your hormones getting back to normal, good luck!

sounds like your hormones are getting back into norm. DOn't put it down to stress - it seems to be the cathch all diagnosis these days for everything. it things do not get back to normal within the next couple of weeks see your doctor. If he says its stress insist on getting the physical symptoms checked out first - doctor's are not clinical psychologists and have not had the training to diagnose stress ; they just think they have.

She will be pregnant - or she might want to easily be pre-menstrual. a lot of females have gentle breasts, fatigue, and cravings on the instantaneous previously their cycle starts. in case you imagine she's pregnant, then that's severe time you purchased a being pregnant try and placed out. when you consider that she did not omit her previous era, though, and presuming you've been utilising protection/birth control (????), then probability is that she's basically PMS. If she misses this era, then it truly is an complete different can of worms, and that's genuinely time to purchase that try.

actually, hot flushes are signs of menopausal...im not sure of your age though. better go and have a medical check up
or, you may be experiencing post partum symptoms...symptoms that a new mother experiences after giving birth...if that's the case, still check the doctor..and stress free activities. cox. post partum causes serious problems later on if not properly conducted or regulated... though its normal for all new mom. :)

Maybe an over active thyroid - this produces those symptomes but is easily cured. Get your GP to run some tests and dont worry xxxxxxxxxxx

I really think that it sounds like you need to see a Doctor. It doesn't sound right at all. To lose 3 stone in only 4 months after giving birth is not at all healthy. Please see a doctor as soon as you can.
