I need to kill her. unless there is an alternitive. i cant leave ive only been here 1 month, and the pay is excellent.

extra info, ive been doing this job for 8 years, her 2. she was running the office b4 i got here, not very well, hence my appointment. now its joint run. though she doesnt seem to understand this! and yes personal promlems (crying over boyfriend) are brought to work. and yes she is ugly.

I know exactly how you feel mate. I am in the same boat, the beast I have to share office with Arghhhh I could shoot, she is the most nasty vindictive twisted women I have ever had the misfortune to meet in my entire life, I cant stand being in the same room as her! She didnt like me from day one, and now the feeling is more than mutual, she is always moaning she isnt happy, I wish she would just p*ss off and find another job.... Grhhh it makes the day drag though Monday to Friday..... day in day out she drives me insane, but the money is good so I dont want to leave!

No you cant let her get to you enough to leave, but then again you cant kill her! seeing as though there is only two of you tell her it cant cause an atmosphere for others if there arnt any. things can only get better if you say she is difficult in certain ares and can she either stop or not talk. Just say you will communicate with her only on work related issues. Give her the lmpression you are not interested from the minute you walk in tomorrow, dont smile say morning then put your head down, she will get the message.

1. She may not like you very much - who knows why. I't not all that unusual to dislike someone on sight for no apparent reason.
2. You have been there one month. You probably do not know the job very well. She may think you are dumb, forgetting that she did not know all that much about it herself once. She'll probably get over that after a few more weeks when she sees you are not a total klutz.
3 Was she running everything before you arrived? She may see you as a threat to her position. Don't make suggestions about radical changes. She may have arranged things the way she thinks things should be done and changing them about may not please her much.
5. Wish her good morning cheerfully when you get in and then go about your business. Appropriate greetings when leaving are good too. Thats even if she says nothing in reply.

If there are only 2 of you in the office, then killing her would be a bad move - you'd get banged up and blow your excellent pay cheque.
I'm curious that you've classified this question into 'Singles and Dating'. Is there perhaps an underlying tention and that you actually fancy the pants off her?

Dont worry about it, i guarantee if you move there will be another there is always one person that your not going to like...
Stick in there for at least longer than a month if you really cant take it are there opportunities for you to move some where else, or find another job but give it 6months you may end up loving her...Just give things time

ok so lets back track a little here... why do you think that the girl thinks she is god? maybe you misunderstand her? maybe she feel that you are hard to work with? maybe you should turn the tables around and look from the outside rather than in...
Maybe the girl you think is god is just confident? maybe she knows the ropes because she has been there longer? maybe she is just one of those people who really only let people get to know them, when they feel they can trust you?
Then there is another thing you should consider.... maybe she has personal problems that are soo bad she brings them to work without realising.....
Dont always assume things about people... be a little more open minded....

Get some sulphur tablets from your pharmacy, or eat lots of eggs and develop terrible flatulence. Or, get some prawns mush them up and put them under the floor, in a curtain pole etc. Give it a couple of weeks !! One of you will leave! The only other suggestion is be nauseatingly nice to her and research her weaknesses.

I'd just amuse myself by winding her up in as many varied ways, although seemingly completely innocent ways.
Try:
Eating crisps loudly
Tapping your feet to no particular rhythm
Eating egg, fish or any other strong smelling food for lunch whilst at your desk.
Discover and preach God. Complain (officially) if she blasphemes.
Gradually stealing all her stationary.
Password protect her screensaver
or any other things that will slowly wind someone up. Make it your hobby and take an interest in your new hobby.

We all have to live at let live. Killing is NOT the answer. If you value money more than human kindness and tolerance, you deserve to work with this girl for the rest of your life.
Talk to her, find out more about her, somewhere along the line you will have something in common with her.

Be diplomatic. Act dignified. Never show your hatred to her. Be yourself. Do your work everyday and go home. If you go on contemplating on killing her, you may end up losing your senses and then losing your job. So leave her to herself. If she thinks she is god, you also think you are a goddess...and so I am sure you will find peace.
