Wrap it in saran (plastic) wrap and microwave. The plastic wrap keeps the moisture inside the steak. It also heats from the center outward. The key is not to over heat it. 2 minutes should suffice and you can add 30 second increments thereafter.

Hey sometimes steak leftovers tastes better than the first time!
here is a suggestion:
cut steak in narrow strips
set aside
slice mushrooms , green bell peppers and onions to make about 2 cups
now think of what ethnic taste you enjoy the most?
Italian, Chinese or Mexican
with these choices that tells you what spices to add to the steak and veggies
For Italian ..get out the oregano, basil, and garlic
For Chinese you can use garlic , mushrooms , hot pepper oil
For Mexican you can use Cumin, garlic and Oregano
Place olive oil in the hot frying pan if making Italian or Mexican
If using Chinese use peanut oil or veg. oil
when pan is hot and oil is added add the veggies and the spices and stir fry until desired doneness, since the meat is already cooked add it last....keep stirring.
Now in a small bowl mix together for Italian or Mexican .1 cup..cold water and a couple tablespoons of cornstarch plus a little (dry red wine for part of the water) can be added also if you want. when the meat and veggies are just right....add the liquid and stir until the sauce is thickened.
If you are making the Chinese style....mix the water , cornstarch as above but add about 1/4 cup soy sauce and the hot oil just a drop this is very powerful...mix well and pour over the steak and veggies..stir until thickened.
Serve all with steamed rice. Plus some fruit ...for a nice leftover meal.
good luck,

Well my suggestion - you want to marinate your steak in some sort of mix! I suggest oil, taryaki .. but by all means use what you have.. itailin dressing and mountian due taste good too! don't use salt you don't need it! well maybe fore the mashed potato's!!! let it sit for a good 20 minutes at the very least overnight is best! your only suppose to flip it once! so put it on med heat. once it is hot and up to temp put the steak on! you will know it's time to flip when there is a pool of blood on the meat! only when the pool of blood is there flip - this does take a bit to get it down but you have got to start somewhere! AND i'm not 100% if that's only for an outdoor grill! once that is done you flip it over! when you push on the meat with your figure to see if it's done! take your a hand look at the palm of it! if you take your index finger and push on the meaty part of your palm (under your thumb) that would be a rare steak... your middle finger pressed in the same spot is Medium rare,, ring fingure is medium, and pinky is well done! you have to compair that to the steak and you have your desired level of cooking! Little tip i learned this year

How about grilled kebabs with roasted peppers and cherry tomatoes and a side order of cous cous.
Don't reheat it more than once though, and make sure it's properly hot all the way through.

Chuck it in a frying pan with Mushrooms and onions,
The meat will absorb the juices and it won't dry out.
Add a small dollop of mustard or peppercorns.

What I usually do is put the steak into my steamer, that way the steak doesn't dry out & it's really moist & tastes lovely.
