I think maybe you meant to say, "How to derive Bernoulli's equation of hydrodynamics from the 1st law of thermodynamics, which is the statement of conservation of energy"? If it could be shown that tne 2nd law leads to Bernoulli's principle, which is really a statement of conservation of energy, one might be able to show that irreversible production of entropy implies conservation of energy, which I doubt can be done.

The link is a pretty clear cut derivation of Bernoulli's equation, starting with the conservation of energy.
