What is the problem? Mine always fell on Wednesdays. Does you employer not realise that when you go for an appointment they make the next one counting in full weeks. If she raises the issue again just point that out and forget about it. If she has a particular reason for needing you in work on Mondays (ask hre) just say that at the next one you will ask them to make it another weekday if possible. (Assuming they do not have specific days for ante natal clinics.)

They can ask all they like as long as they are not harrassing or stressing you out. But you do not have to change them. You are entitled to go to every appointment regardless of your job demands. If it's stressing you out take your boss aside or better still, your HR representative and tell them to go easy on you. It's the last thing you need and they are obligated to support you.

They don't have any say in the uk and you should be paid during your appointments.. As for them being on the same day most clinics i know have certain clinics on certain days as the midwifes are only allocated certain times in GP practices same goes at the hospital. I'm not sure how it works in other countries though.

My work make me feel like i'm doing something wrong too and are not very helpful when it comes to my pregnancy. i say go on your appointments when u need to and it they don't like it, well, its tough isn't it. Don't let them stress u out

They can ask but all you have to do is say there are no other appointments. sometimes in life you just need to tell people what they need to hear.
