I've been applying ointment for athlete's foot for over a week, but I don't see any improvement.

i know that this sounds nasty because i thought it did but it works trust me i played 5 sports in high school go by fish oil ( it's real) and put it on your feet in the morning and at night and soak your feet in ebsent salt also for about 15 minutes 2-3 times a day trust me it works

I've never had it but I hear urine works well; sounds very gross but it's helped clear up a wart I got in my college days (in case anyone reading knows I'm a barefooter; I got it before I habitually went barefoot, never had one since!). Use it in the shower, let it sit for just a bit and then rinse.
Other things I've heard about are tea tree oil, baking soda, mouth wash.

And go barefoot or wear sandals as much as you can; it likes dark, damp and warm places to grow like the inside of a shoe, while it dries out and doesn't grow much in light, well-ventilated places.

Soak feet in very warm water with about one part white vinegar to four parts water, for 20 - 30 minutes, 2 times a day, until the fungus is no longer visible and irritating.

Try a shampoo called NIZORAL. It is made to kill some type of scalp fungus, but I used it on my dog's ringworm and it went away. It's about 8 dollars a bottle. They are all types of fungus.

its a fungi, so i recommend go to your local pharmacy and asking if they can supply a natural remedy, other than that corn powder can also be good, it will dry it up but wont remove the fungi
