you can get it in one go, but they recommend your spread it over the day, ultimately its up to you

Considering that one portion is a handful - 5 handfuls of fruit and veg is a very large amount in one go, but if you can do it you'll still get the same benefits as if your spread them out.

You could put them in a juicer. How could you eat it all at once? Why do you want to? Sorry, just curious. I like to 'graze' all day long...sure don't feel deprived that way..or hungry...one of my favorite eating plans> eat 100 calories every hour for ten hours!

The problem with the "all in one" theory is that your body needs different vitamins and minerals throughout the day. Fruits are high in carbs...important for energy.
