Yesterday (Monday) I've started doing just a bit of excercising at home. Every week from Mondays to Thursday in the evening I'll be running around my pool 20 times and my pool is about 10metres by 4metres , doing 20 press ups and 60 sit-ups, I don't normally exercise, so what do you think this will do, I'm hoping for it to tone me up and keep me fit...?

any activity no matter what will help, but you have to wait to get the results, and remember you well have to increase your activity as you improve that way you will keep seeing results.

Definately it work but don't over excited by doing all this take sufficeint health drink otherwise u will suffer dehydration problem and also take green vegetable and fruits.

you will get reults from this but if it starts to seem easy to you then it is time to step it up run more do more push ups and sit-ups and trust me you will get the results you are looking for.

keep it up your doing a greaat job.. eat healthy excercise frequantlly and youlll be looking slim and sexcy as hell :P
