Hi!
These telemarketing products are of no use at all. They are quick money making schemes.
These are products that reputed companies refuse to produce and sell, therefore, they fall into the second-grade category of telemarketing, in a desperate attempt to reclaim all the money spent in the R&D of these useless things.
Four months ago, I watched a documentary on the History Channel, showing how the infomercial/telemarketing technique was created and implemented. They figured that the easiest things that could be sold were wight-reduction devices/medicines and height increasers. A product called the "Thighmaster" was one of the first of its kind, whose promotions claimed that it would help with weight-loss. However, on this special hour-long documentary, the advertisers themselves acknowledged that it helped in weight-loss as much as a tadpole fossil would. Many such products are being promoted in infomercials, such as Abdominal excercisers, oils, pills and as you asked, belts. Don't be fooled. Please remember that these are failed products and basement experiments. The advertising is done in a very clever way so as to lure people into spending their money on thier products. They use professional models with rippling abs or beautiful curves to endorse and hype up their products. The presenters or narrators are skilled salsemen who are paid to say untrue things.
Also remember that these products are not certified by any recognised or appropriate government agency, so they can be harmful. The people wearing lab-coats in the infomercials who assure you that the porduct was tested and 93% of the people asked were satisfied are not doctors, but actors(The data is inconclusive as people who are asked to rate the product usually belong to a very small sample of say 10 people, the sample population can be biased, posed questions in a twited way, or again, paid). The housewife in a saree jumping with joy is not a real housewife, but an actor, who is getting money to speak what they're being told to.
In conclusion, these products are useless, clever marketing ploys and possibly harmful (as most of them are not government-certified). Please do not use them.

No. Sauna Belt might help you to reduce to some extent,
but while you use Sauna Belt you must also remember one thing that unless and until you don't control on your eating habits and regular exercise of any kind you can't get slim.
Even if you do get slim with this belt it will be a temporary phase and ultimately it will come to you diet control. So make sure whatever gadget you use don't forget to control your food.
Eat everything in little quantity. Just kill your hunger and eat small meals and may-be 4 meals a day instead of overeating.
This will definately help you and learn to remain that way forever.

No not at all this is only the waste of money because it will damage the skin as it make the body slim but if you doesn't put the sauna belt daily then you will not feel slim you will think that you are again getting fat from inside, so the best way to get fit is to do exercise and doing yoga daily.
