Carbonated drinks(sodas) have bubbles from the carbonated water in them. (if you look on the side of the can where it says ingreidents it says carbonated water) The reason why the bubbles rise to the top of the bottle when you open a bottle of Coke or whatever is as follows. Bubbles are basically air, right?
Air rises right? The bubbles move up because they are the only form of air in the bottle.

Because the bubbles are carbon dioxide. Since the carbon dioxide's density is less than the density of the soda, they rise to the top and pop.
