By bin file I guess you mean a disc image, these normally come with a .cue file that allows you to burn it to cd/dvd. You can convert it to an iso using bin2iso http://www.codeproject.com/tools/Bin2Iso.asp or you can write your own .cue http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/7976
There is a file extractor called extractnow that will also extract the contents of the bin http://www.extractnow.com
You can use a disc image to create a CD/dvd free software for htis would be burnatonce http://www.burnatonce.com cdburnerxp http://www.cdburnerxp.se or deepburner http://www.deepburner.com/
You can also use Daemon tools to access the contents as a virtual drive http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php

Use Daemon Tools to insert the Bin file into a virtual CD Rom. Bin files are just CD's that are written to your Harddisk. Normally they also have a cue file.
You can also burn the cue/bin combination with Nero Burning Rom.

What i could do is seem on the different person profiles and del. something you do no longer desire on there or regardless of if it is your buddies account what i could do is get a miles better no longer common rigidity for it or tell your buddies to pitch in for an ext. no longer common rigidity for the pc so as that they are in a position to shop there stuff on the exterior no longer common rigidity
