can you tell me the differences of nutrition in fermented & fresh milk? is there any negative effect consume fermented milk? and what is the positive effect of fermented milk?? tq

fresh milk when boiled gives cream which isnt good for health( but yes fresh milk is advisable due to the rich protein content) while on other hand, the fermented milk is called CURD which has lactic acid into it. curd might not be used in preparations where milk is used.
