Am I getting old? It just REALLY gets up my nose. I do understand that some people may be dyslexic, or have learning difficulties, but, if you haven't - JUST BLOODY SPELL PROPERLY!

Well, I do not know why people do wrong spellings on yahoo but I would assume that not everyone writing on yahoo speaks the same language, so this could be one of the barriers. It could also mean that some are not aquianted on how to use the spell check help or it could also be, that they are just lazy to check the mistakes or are simply writing for fun so it don't really mean much weather they spell write or wrong.

LOL yeah sometimes i do feel a little annoyed, especially when i can't figure out the word they are trying to use. it's funny that you asked this question because i find myself checking after myself to make sure i don't have any mistakes. i think it is an age thing. the older i get, the picker i get about the simplest things. i also believe some people are just in a hurry.

OMG ur so ideal!....I puzzled what all the click became and that i had any such tremendous type of alternative pages open. i idea some thing became incorrect. sure, it truly is totally stressful, yet I imagine it truly is there for a reason. Yahoo receives a fee to promote Gala and others so without the promotion, Yahoo might want to bypass down the drain....yet they could silence it!

Yeah, it's really annoying, I mean, even if it's difficult to type for you or you don't know about spelling or maybe English is not your mother language. yahoo provides a tool that checks you spelling!

It's not just you that is annoying...
just joking ... of course they're annoying ... even to me ... and I'm not English or American etc.
You should be careful too when asking a question. There are more things than spelling that could go wrong, as you can see.

Just a little typo is ok... but what gets to me are
1) those who asked dumb qns,
2) those who don't asked question properly... (and you spent 2 mins reading and yet still don't get what is asked) and
3) THOSE WHO TYPED IN UPPERCASE ALL THE WAY, ESP. WHEN IT'S A LONG POST.

Yes, it annoys me too, along with bad grammer. Don't believe that it is taught in school the same way as it used to be. Also with everyone texting in abbreviations and as you say the words, it makes people lazy.

A couple of typos here and there doesn't bother me. But, when a question or answer is so horribly written that it's incomprehensible, now that annoys me.
