I plugged it into my TV and I can only get ITV. Do you have to tune it? It's a antenna aerial. My TV is pretty old so it could be that!

Tune tv.Move aerial about a bit maybe get longer co-ax lead so can position in different places..If you want freeview have you purchased a freeview compatible aerial and even if yes how far from transmitter are you ,what high buildings in way..Portable aerial or cheapo one inside no good ..baz

You can't tune an aerial. You can only point it in the right direction. If your tv was already tuned in then you should be able to just plug in aerial and watch. If not, you'll have to tune the tv.

Look at tv ariels in the area (neighbours roof etc) and how they are positioned and in which direction, the polarity may be a factor.
