So I've been on this riff lately, I have been eatting alot of bell peppers, Green Red and Orange. usually with a veggie ranch or spinach dip, I usually eat 2 a day or so, Its turned into my favorite snack, Now my question is. what are the main nutritional values from a bell pepper, Are they good for any medical conditions? And are there any drawbacks to eating to many peppers?

These are really great for you as they are just full of vitamin C. I would say that the drawback would be if it bothered your stomach, but if you can digest them fine I would say they are a low cal nutritious snack.

No draw backs. They provide some vitamins, little calories, no fat.
