Origami (my fav) - paper airplanes (also a type of origami). Cat's cradle (althought not really fun by urself), jacks, talk to your invisible friend, check your myspace, update your myspace, ask some more weird questions on yahoo answers and see what weird things people will write because they are just as bored as you.

Every hour at least, get up and move around. Take a short walk through the office and even do a few stretches if you can. This will help a lot since you have a desk job. Also, be aware of your posture when you are sitting at your desk.

If you are physically tired, maybe you should try some stretching exercises to relieve yourself of the pain.
However, if you are mentally tired, what you can do is, just get out of your desk for a while and take a breather!
It's not good to be at your desk the whole day especially you are facing computer!

You meant desk I'm sure!
You could be more specific about where your hurting, and what.
More then likely you have some back pain. before you work you should do about 5 minutes of stretching, followed by a short jog. Your muscles and bones, joins will all respond better after this. and it only takes 7 to 8 minutes.
