aside from telling her you don't want to leave her and telling her that u love her there isn't anything u can do except be patient while she works out what ever is making her think or feel this way. try talking it out as to why she thinks this and so on. if this keeps on though she may need to talk to someone that could give her some real help. after a long period of time when people keep something negative in their heads like this then all that happens is they eventually drive the other person away so be as patient as u can but tell her how what she says makes u feel.

Tell her calmly that u will never leave her and that u luv her alot and cant live without her and ask her if she trust u and tell her to have faith on your luv. You cant do anything other than talking with her or making her understand about your feelings for her. Last but not the least keep saying I LOVE YOU so that she can think that u cant leave her on any cost keep msging her that u love her alot give her call and just say i luv u n disconnect may be after all these things i think she will never think in such way.......

Well, you may want to quit calling her your lover as a start. You should be calling her your gf if you want her to think she is permanent in your life. She's insecure. She's been hurt before. Those feelings just don't go away. Trust has to be earned. Let her know she's important to you. Give her reasons to trust you. Show her by example and not just the words.

Become so horribly overbearing and generally disagreeable that she decides to leave. That'll show her!
If that fails, loosen up on the old personal hygiene front a bit and go say 9 to 10 days between showers.

You did not say why she feels that way! Maybe you gave her reason to feel the way she does. You may try to give her a promise ring if you are really serious about her. A promise ring is a ring that you will marry her down the road but no date is set and it is not the same as an engagement ring. At least that way she knows you are serious about her and may make her feel more comfortable about your relationship with her.
