For a great energy boost in the afternoon.... Juice one tomato and half a teasoon of Turmeric powder. Does wonders for getting more oxygen to the brain.

Banana's or wholemeal bread. Something that contains complex carbohydrates for an initial burst and then a steady supply of energy for a few hours.

Definitely Bananas, did you know that they are also the only food that you can live off.

Also i find chocolate good 'cause the sugar makes me go hyperactive :o), but thats not very healthy.

A banana, soya yoghurt, blueberry and pumpkin seed smoothie. Made by my own fair hand in my fantastic smoothie maker that I got for Christmas.

A roast beef sandwich on rye, with lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayonnaise, sprouts, and pickles. I always feel like climbing a mountain after that!
