A woman is an adult female. In this country, that means 18 years +. That's how I usually consider it. Good night!

If you were to be technical about it, you are a woman when you turn 18. But in reality, physical features are not what makes a girl into a woman. There are 30 year old girls and 16 year old women (yes i said that right, it sounds funny but iz very true). Maturity iz the main factor here. Good descision making and morals make the girl into a woman.
