You need to go to a new doctor, if a doctor is just pushing your worries aside and prescribing more medication they are evidently not someone who should be qualified as a professional as they are not giving you the proper care you need.
Maybe ask family or friends about good doctors in your areas or look for a doctor that has a good knowledge in psychology ask around and get someone new or problems will only get worse.

Go to the emergency room and let them help you find another doctor. It might actually be the meds the doctor is prescribing that are causing hallucinations. Haldol and Halcian are two such meds. (these could be mis spelled but I know of them. A friend used to take them but he got off of them.)

GET A NEW DOCTOR
you have psychosis. thats not the illness thats the symtom. you could be schizophrenic, schizo-affective, depressed with psychotic features...etc. but this does need to be adressed. take all your meds with you (yes it COULD be your meds, but going off too quickly could make you VERY sick so talk to the doctor first) and find another doctor ASAP. It's very good that you know that the voices aren't really there. there are people who can help. please talk to someone right away.

If you feel you are a danger to yourself or others please go to your nearest E.R. It's got to be rough to have a mental illness with symptoms like yours. Unfortunately there aren't any easy answers with a problem like this. Hang in there, I hope you find the right combination of meds to help you.

if you perceive you see and hear things in your mind, yet you claim you do not hear and see them, if you know you do not hear and see these things, than how can you hear and see them, does the individual you are seeing for treatment go into detail with you about the things you hear and see?
have any others you have sought treatment from discussed with you what you see and hear, are what you see and hear intelligible and cohesive, or just random unintelligible things?
search yahoo for US government and medical agencies (for free advice) about whether you should seek treatment from another

What exactly do you see/hear?
Not all things are in our heads, you may be more perceptive than others. Don't immediately think you are crazy.
However, if you are on multiple medications or are trying new ones, recently switched etc, this could cause halucinations.
