Please tell me how many calories that you think you eat/drink on average per day & if you are male or female. I actually "counted" mine yesterday & couldn't believe how many I take in daily.

I've counted out of curiousity. On an average day anywhere between 1200 and 2500. On days that I just want to snack and snack, I could eat as much as 5000 calories or more. I'm comfortable in my skin, so I don't count those days! :)

I am male. I count my calories every day and consume an average of 1750. I aim for 1500 but always overshoot. But I find that by counting calories I feel in control and never go too wild, it helps me make sensible choices day to day as unchecked I know from previous experience I would regularly put weight on.

I have a small appetite for my size, I'm 240 lbs with single digit body fat but I only consume about 3500 calories a day. I cook just about all of my meals, so out of the 42 meals that I eat in a week I might only eat out twice.
