Take a shower, and dont think to much about whats stressing you at. Thinking brings anger, anger brings stress.

Heh...okay, let's see here...these are MY personal favorite ways of dealing with stress:
cooking
cleaning my bathroom
folding warm laundry
drinking a couple glasses of wine
smoking a cigarette (yes, i KNOW they are bad for me)
going for a drive on a long country road
petting my dog
sex
eating chocolate
taking a BIG deep breath and counting as high as I need to
sitting out for five minutes (taking a coffee break, so to speak)
just spacing out and staring at the wall
watching or listening to something funny
listening to really loud, aggressive music
taking a walk
venting to someone i trust
reading a book
chewing gum and popping bubbles
taking a nap (although when I'm stressed, I usually can't sleep)
having a hot cup of coffee or tea - the warmth is soothing for some reason
taking a shower
putting on my pajamas and curling up on the couch
putting a really great smelling lotion on my hands (my favorite: Aveeno's stress relief lotion with lavender and ylang-ylang)
stretching
yawning
having a good cry (we all have those days)
and reminding myself that things can ALWAYS be worse, and I have it pretty good, overall.

Talk to someone you trust, engage in positive hobbies, avoid excessive alcohol, find ways of litterally reducing stress through better time management and avoiding stressful situations if possible. Get plenty of sleep and eat right - thats pretty big actually. Comedy - I always recommend getting in touch with your sense of humor, it works wonders to know how to laugh. You can also learn to meditate, practice martial arts or just physical activity in general. Spirituality is a good place to find ease. Sometimes I like to just have a nice hot bath with a cold beer. Regular sexual activity helps me out. Don't be afraid to spoil yourself every now and again too.

it depends on the kind of stress you have. Sometimes i get so stressed out that i get bruises without even noticing.
The best way to alleviate stress is to do something you like or enjoy for quite some minutes a day. It has to be something that requires you to put your mind into it to stop your mind from wondering around. build a puzzle, paint figurines, etc
it'll do the trick GOOD LUCK

If you want to be more happy, reduce stress and postpone the aging process, than you should exercise because your body will produce more endorphins. Exercising contributes to an increased production and release of endorphins. Because they are naturally produced by the body, endorphins are possibly the best (and most legal way) to achieve a natural high.

well, since everyone is different, no one can answer that question for you. so think of it yourself...however, there are some suggestions that may steer you towards success.
1. think of something that calms you down, if sleeping is it...then sleep.
2. yoga, exercise, and getting some fresh air is very important.
3. eating healthy foods can change your mood drastically.
4. getting plenty of rest is essential.
5. try to stay busy, and most importantly think POSITIVE!!!
if none of this helps, you may have to see a doctor. it is not uncommon for someone to have anxiety and this can easily be treated by any doctor.
hope i helped.

We all have stress but everyone should take a hour just for themselves. Soak in the tub, take a long shower, just be quiet, meditate, curl up in bed & listen to soft music. Try to clear your mind and think of wonderful things. Allow no one to distrube you for that hour. It takes practice but you can do it and you will feel so much better about yourself
