Do i measure and cut strips the size of each slat of the blind?

It is really easy to do. Just get a poster of the disney design you want. Lay the blind on a flat surface, like a garage floor. spray the back of the poster (not the blind--overspray will result in a dirt catching residue on the blind) with aeresol adhesive then lay the picture on it and roll it with a rolling pin. then when it is dry, us a razor knife or blade to cut between the slats. When the blind is closed, you will see the picture, when open you will not. I've even seen a lady where she put a different poster on each side of the blinds and when the slats were turned "up" it was one image and "down" another.

Because the slats have a slight curve or "hump" in them, you may want to try it out w plain paper first just to get the right measurement. A ruler may show that it's 1", but you may need just a bit more to make up for the curve. Try it out w/a picture from a magazine or something and just "tape" it on temporarily to see how it's going to affect the image once completed.
