You show how wise you truly are. I bow down at your feet and beg for more pearls of wisdom. Now that you bring that up, though. Men have the same problems. Those shorts we wore last summer shrink over the winter. And a 12 ounce can of beer makes us gain 5 pounds. I think it's a conspiracy.

A TWO pound box!
I don't know what the transfer rate is but if it went to fat then it was not JUST the TWO POUND box that got turned into fat but the two pounds plus other food normally eaten (high sugar level for awhile and all the food eaten gets turned into fat, possibly all food eaten for the rest of the day! -possibly for this or any
cercumstance.)
My wife likes to wash everything in hot water and my clothes often feel tight after awhile, but it could be that I have gained weight since college. Probably a little of both.
Maybe the clothes didn't shrink? and when you checked your size before it was different in comparison because, well our bodies change and women's bodies change more often actually, I guess, then men's do. Water retention, monthly visitor? Any number of reasons, so don't beat yourself up too bad.

Clothes seem to shrink faster during Xmas and New Year lol.
I had a friend who wanted to appear to be losing weight. So he bought a shirt which was identical to a smaller one except that it was 1 size bigger. I hope he felt guilty when everyone congratulated him on losing weight.
I agree with Lovesallbirds. You are a funny lady

its the amount of calories, suger, and carbs in the chocolates. If you drink 2 lb of water you will not gain wieght. Women have 50% body fat then men. So they can gain weight at much faster rate. A healthy diet and excersize does the job.

yes it is possible to gain 5lbs from eating 2 lbs of chocolate. when the body stores sugars as glycogen in skeletal muscle and in the liver cellular hydration is also increased.
this is exactly the same reason why when people drastically reduce their carbohydrate intake there is the appearance of rapid weight loss the first 1-2 weeks as it is mostly water.

its not just a 2lb box of chocolates - its the three tubs of ice cream, the large pizzas, chips, pop tarts, and "tiny little bites" of all the other stuff eaten every week. its just an excuse to not have to admit that your actions are causing you to gain weight.

If the 2 questions go hand in hand.....you have your answer. Eating 2lbs of chocolate will "shrink" your dresses

Men do get fat too, but most guys don't care after they are over 30 or 40. Clothes get shrinked because people wash their clothes too often..........

True, but for men too. Just look at their bellies. After 30 they're the one's looking pregnant.
