Valentines day is a day when you tell the person you love that you love them. In the US we buy what is called a valentines day card. It usually tells the other person how much you love them. A heart shape is what is used to describe our love for someone. Right now stores sell candy hearts, chocolate hearts, we buy these to give to the person we love as a gift for Valentines day. want to really know abt valentine's day??? here it goes....there was a priest in the name of st valentine in rome who loved children and people,however during the roman wars this priest was killed by the king's people and from then onwards his b'day which is on the 14feb is celebrated as valentine's day. it is a day when we tell "i love u" to everyone we love including our parents,family and friends. however with modern culture this has lost its significance and the young crowd takes it to be a day when u can only tell ur lover(boyfriend/girlfriend)"i love u". actually ur mother/father can be ur valentine also. that's the truth abt valentine's day!!

It's a day where people buy gifts for their loved ones, to pretend that they love them. The commerce cashes in on this, and shopkeeper happy, man happy and woman happy. Everybody happy. I think it's a stupid day.

It is a day to tell everyone in your life how much they are loved and appreciated. Of course there really shouldnt be a special day to do this as you should do it all the time.
