any of them will work, combined with a good diet. The most important thing to remember, when looking to lose the pounds is diet AND excercise. What most people don't realize with the fad diets, is they won't work at all unless you excercise, and then, with most of them you will be cheating your body with all the things it needs. So pick what ever video you choose, but remember to stay with a good balanced diet, don't retard yourseslf of carbs, or anything the body and muscles need to grow. Remember, muscle is lighter than fat. to keep the muscles growing and becoming stronger... you need balance... protien and carbs....
