i dont like to initiate things because im an easy going person and think everyone else isnt as easy going so i just wait until the guy is ready. but im fed up doing it!

I think guys are generally more worried about making the first move and perhaps offending the other person, especially if they aren't the easy-going type. It's better if you make the first move, or at least drop hints.

The first time I did it with my bf was in the following way. I got tired of his not initializing and just pushed him softly onto the bed and sat on him. He often remembers it as it was really hot and spontanious and did him (and me) great impression. I think it's not bad but only if you feel like starting you by yourself.
Most of my mail friends just got used to being first to start. And I always thought that a man is mostly rtesponsible for it.

Guys like the woman making the first move, keeps them interested and confirms their interest in you. also, if a man wants to make the first move, he is probably too shy to. so you dont make the first move, you just give him chances, and drop hints.

it's not a bad thing if the girl makes the first move. it allows her to be able to take her time and the pace that she feels comfertable with.
