You can meet someone anywhere,anytime,but it depends on how do u carry a relationship together.Something must be missing in between and thats why you didn't get any good friend while chatting.You can never get a readymade friend,but you can get a person and make him or her your friend.Friendship does include give and take of thoughts and understanding.Keep searching...or I can say that I can be a very good friend of yours....!!
