Why this happens that whenever i see a good scenery or listen to a good soft music & dances with it I feel that god is within me?

Good for you, God is within ,I felt that when I went to Niagara Falls and saw the rainbow.

God created the scenery, and nothing was made that God did not create, see john 1:1-3...you may have the holy spirit within you..but you cannot base it on just feeling.
be still and silent and know, that I am the Lord your God..the holy spirit is a gentle guide
if chaos is everywhere you will not notice it. he is quiet and subtle.

God is spirit. He is in the observable and the unobservable. God in never not within you.
It is nice when you are in a good state you focus on God; more importantly, when you are not in a good state, you can focus (turn to Him).
