I do it too. I dread going to sleep, but I don't know why. Maybe you dread it, or you don't want to miss anything interesting.

anxiety?

are there still things you need to work through before you can let yourself go to sleep...regrets? are you mentally make a list/schedule for the following day?

try not drinking caffeine after noon, eating after 8pm, not laying on your bed until you go there to sleep - so no watching tv or reading in bed

it works, but yes, it sucks. once you get into a routine it gets easier to keep it.

It can be a number of thing like stress is a common reasons i would try talking to a Doctor
