seen this a few times in here, but what s the meaning??

It's like, "Right on target." Means agreement, usually implying that you said exactly what I think, and said it very well. Implies that our agreement signifies some kind of brotherhood - like, say, if we share a political ideology, or we both understand something most people don't. Example:

You: "What's with all these neurotic women sitting here asking the world if they are pregnant ... sheesh! If I say you might be, that doesn't make it any more likely!"

Me: "right on dude you can say that again"

It's American slang for for "good" or "yes" or "all right"

It's from the 1960's I think.

They should ask either their doctors or partners instead of asking Yahoo if they are pregnant!!! duh !!
