There's hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga..i don't know which one to choose.I've never done yoga before, so would like to start easy

I am not sure which to choose. Search it on a search engine. I buy cd's for beginners.

I would recommend hatha yoga, but all types of yoga can be adapted easily for a beginner. Just tell the instructor and s/he will show you modified poses for a beginner's status.

Check out this free website dedicated to getting newbies on the yoga path,... www.yoga.org.nz... it comes with a free video download of a basic yoga session. I tried it ,.. its very doable,.. u can feel how it'd be good for you,.. and it does make u tired too,... if ur looking for cardio.
