Well I like 2 girls in my grade. One is sort of shy but I know her better. The other is better looking but I don't know her at all. I've seen one look at me a few times but we don't make any contact or anything. Any tips?

If your feelings aren't strong enough to make a decision, then maybe you should be talking with both of them. Don't worry that you aren't in love yet. That comes later, with knowing a girl better. For now, you should ask both of them on dates and see who you like better. You may end up dating somebody else entirely. Don't make it more serious than it needs to be before it's time to get serious.
