Has anyone ever heard of the new Mayo Clinic diet? Does it work??

I read it's a fake.The girls I used to work with were all on it,so I figured I would try it.I felt weak and tired the whole time I did it.I guess supposely they put heart patients on it who need to lose wait for surgey.I could be wrong.Didn't work for me.
