Before a new concept called Thermal Imaging was invented, we all were thinking we need light to see anything. But today we have a surveillance camera called Thermal Infra Red camera which needs no light to see the picture. It senses only tempreture and thru electronics we see it as a picture in the PC screen. Similarly communication is a big subject. When sun flower is turning its face towards sun it is communicating some message. When a dog is barking it is communicating. Likewise plants also communicate. But God has given man mouth, tongue & Intelligence to talk to others but intelligently. Unlike the other creatures which lack this quality. All the natural things are obeying God's Order. Even an electron revolving around the nucleus is obeying God's rule. If you prefer it to call by nature, i dont have any objection. No man can speak & understand all the earthly languages. When English is there no need for that.

Being an Indian I am not familiar with either Chinese or Russian languages. That does not mean they do not have a language. Pet animals like dogs and cats respond to our commands. That means they understand our language. Plants have their own language, which we can understand if we live with them and try to understand their feelings. Whenever you approach a plant or a tree for a fruit or flower start making a soft and sweet appeal and tell what for you need the same. Then observe how it responds. You can not expect a response with just one are two appeals. This you have to make continuously till you can read the response.

Plants have their own "body" language. When they are thirsty, depressed or tired, they sag. When they are content and at peace, it stands erect and each leaf or flower brings forth a sweeter scent and is brighter to sight.

As for another person understanding every language from others on this planet, it wouldn't be a language of words, but emotion. We all share common links. We all want peace and dignity, to be respected and loved. We all want our freedom, but with that comes responsibility. We want to breath clean air and a chance to care & to feed our children. Those are common links of understanding between humans that the written or spoken word aren't really necessary.

Yes plants talk, they have feelings, they respond to their environments and surroundings. They have life and they try they best to save their lives in emergency, like if there is fire etc. they try to go, as far as possible, away from the fire. I have heard people trying to speak to trees, and the trees responding to their talk. A scientist, Dr. Bose, has done some experiments about plants.

My plants talk to each other, I think. The lemon balm is singing a song of triumph while it crushes my screaming and for no good reason dying arugula.
