I'd really just ignore him. Some folks think if they can make you angry then you must still are a little and still others are just jerks. No need to give him what he wants if it's annoying you. Just make his ringtone something annoying so you know not to answer.

He's obviously got issues.
Personally, if a girl gets angry at me, the first thing I want to do is find out what I did wrong and then apologize for it, and make sure it never happens again.
The way I see it, there is no one way to stop it, short of keeping away from him. If he persists, well, one call to the police should make short work of the situation.

He's your ex. Why do you keep seeing him? Are you still interested in him? If not, then don't make any contact with him, then he will be annoyed and you can laugh at him.
