Hi,

I am an university student taking 13 unit hours. I also have work.

But while maintaining this busy life, I want to get fit at the same time.

How many hours do I have excercise per a week? How often?

I am 28 years old male with bit slow metabolism. How many calories per a day?

What excercises, diet, and methods, etc, you do recommend?

If you can, please give me a brief daily time schedule to live a fit life (like saying " 8:00 am- wake up, 9:00 am- running a mile, 10:00 am-go to classes, etc"

Please give me as much info as possible, because I do take them seriousely.

Thanx

take your books or notes with you to the gym. it's a great way of studying while working out.

there is no schedule that is right for everyone. plus, school has to come first and none of us knows when your classes are.

remember, any exercise is better than none. have fun, stay active, go for a walk or play basketball with the gym. have fun and you will stick with it. and that is what counts. not your schedule.

you need to eat 3 fruits in a day...have 2 bowls of veggies, drink 2-3 litres water in a day,not have junk food, dont smoke or take alcohol..have fish at least twice a week and take multi vitamin everyday..this is what you can do about ur diet!
if u have the time to go fr a walk or jog...do it...and get a chin up bar fixed in ufr house....this is the best excercise as it uses ur own body weight and so are push ups...so u can wake everyday and do chin ups and push ups,and if u dont have the time to walk...its still fine....
i wish u luck.....and i hope whatever im suggesting is doable and easy...and i will vouch dat it is effective!
