Hi,

I am an university student taking 13 unit hours. I also have work.

But while maintaining this busy life, I want to get fit at the same time.

How many hours do I have excercise per a week? How often?

I am 28 years old male with bit slow metabolism. How many calories per a day?

What excercises, diet, and methods, etc, you do recommend?

If you can, please give me a brief daily time schedule to live a fit life (like saying " 8:00 am- wake up, 9:00 am- running a mile, 10:00 am-go to classes, etc"

Please give me as much info as possible, because I do take them seriousely.

Thanx

Only when one of the reasons of your being busy is keeping yourself fit, doing regular exercise and eating right, then you can get fit easily when leading a busy life.

Put it in one simple word - Lifestyle

As a start, you can learn to jog, get up earlier, say 30 min, then you can do 15 min of jogging. From there you just increase the time and days. You don't need a schedule yet, make small changes first until you make it a habit, good luck
