Well, every time I run Nero Buring ROM, I get this error message asking to send report or don'e send. Well, if anyone can give me a seugestion it would really help.

I just got rid of that annoying problem myself only yesterday.
Let me guess ... everything works fine but at the end of each operation you get that message ... right ?
Just update to version 7.5.9 ... download the full 300MB installation. It solved that issue for me.... after months of tolerating it.
Use this utility to completely remove all traces of your existing Nero :
http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/General_Clean_Tool.html
Then download & install this :
http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero_7_UE_Full_Installer.php

Have you tried reinstalling Nero?
Also if you got it from a torrent it could be corrupt.
