The Catholic Church never fails to proclaim the truth, but it prefers to let Jesus do the talking ... and the judging.
In recent years the church has been preoccupied with internal problems, and the priestly abuse scandals, too.
Once all of that is out of the way, look for a resurgence of Catholicism, all around the world.

Did you not see the Pope that dieds address to all those people ? He confessed the sins of the church and being a part of them, and asked Jesus for forgiveness. You missed a good one. While I am not catholic, he truly seemed sincere. It made me cry for him. We are human and we fail God all of the time, he knew there were many sins in the church and mens traditions, and near the end of his life, he poured his heart out to Jesus. There are written statements,,buy the book " the ten commandments twice removed " by danny shelton, and shelley quinn..........you will find answers given during questions where this is acknowledged.I think that his walk ,,where Jesus walked,,really inspired him into asking forgiveness ??
I dont know why,,he just did, it was amazing, and so true, and with all of those catholics watching,,that man was honest with Jesus, and many others that were not catholics. The truth cannot be refuted, we must admit and remain humble when we are wrong. They know they have been wrong. Why dog out someone for speaking the truth.

I am catholic yet the church is totally evil. You have no idea how evil they are. They wanted to give priest who committed atrocities against children 3 strikes. 3 Strikes! Why would 1 strike be OK. Whu would you give them 1 dime of your hard earned money when they have more money than god. They cry poor because they have NO MORALS. For almost 2 thousand years they have been collecting the money compounded interest daily = Trillions upon Trillions of dollars. Poor. They own a billion dollars of real estate in my county alone. Poor. I spit on the church. Freaking Pediphiles. You ought to be ashamed in protecting the priest.

They don't answer because they can't answer.
I believe in Jesus Christ I reject the Catholic church.
The fact is they have no argument and they no longer have the power to control people that they once had. When they had the power to execute people they didn't seem to turn the other cheek.
Go read your Bible and than show me the Roman church's position funny the contradictions betwixt the twain.

Jesus said it would be like this. "Blessed are you when men revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so men persecuted the prophets who were before you." -- Matthew 5:11-12

The catholic church has practiced the acts of turning the other cheek, and ignoring stupid people. The church does not have to answer to people who know absolutely nothing about it, especially muslim extremists.

Have you ever heard the phrase, "You're bigger than that?" or "You're bigger than them," being used to urge the listener to not engage in a petty squabble.
The Church has been attacked for centuries. It's got a pretty tough skin.

i actually wondered the same thing because it frustrates me to observe so many people bashing it and bearing false witnesses against it, but now i think the Church is being patient and understanding.
