He loves us because he created us; and we're his children.
He loves us because we are who we are, and nothing else.
He loves us because he knows we need that kind of love, agape love, everyday of our lives: that love which doesn't care if we fail it.
Yeah, I don't think I'm worth his love or sacrifice. That's why he's just so amazing. And know what? he did it cos he wants us to know how much he loves us, no matter what. he didn't die to glorify himself, he didn't die to become a martyr, he died to save us, above all.
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound...

Why do Christians assume that all human beings "deserve" Hell? What have we all done, beyond being born, to deserve such a wildly evil fate? There is nothing that a human can possibly do in their limited lifespan that could deserve "eternal" torture.
Christianity starts off by telling everyone that the state of the world, from hurricanes and earthquakes to diseases and birth defects, are all somehow humanity's doing. Not only is this wildly nonsensical, it is utterly devoid of any sort of positive perspective of the human race. Christianity at its roots appears to be a very misanthropic faith, assuming terrible guilt on the part of humanity from the moment of conception. This is a grotesquely unfair portrait of the human race, and a wholly convienent one for them. After all, once they convince you we are all sick, the provide a "cure"...one that involves a lot of groveling and tithing.

God loves you ? How can you tell ? The church loves you - you do what they tell you and obviously believe their control methods. I would advise speaking to a counsellor.
Jesus was stolen from the pagan Godman myth (over 5000 BC), and hell is Essex. The bible is a metaphor - not meant to be taken seriously, that's not why the pope had it written. You should read some proper research and live you own life.

You are all completly deluded. There is no god. Religion has brought the world more death and destruction than any other reason in history. Even now we are all at risk from people who's religious beliefs conflict with each other. The none believing majority just get caught up in the middle and we don't like it. If there is a hell then it will be reserved solely for those that have belived in false gods and supported wars in it's name.

If you truly deserved Hell, Jesus would not have been sent down. What is truly deserved is truly given. As for the question of being a 'lost sheep', a lost sheep implies that it is part of a flock, that it bears a shepard's stamp. A sheep can never wander far enough beyond it's shepard's watch. All sheep that belong to him belong to him regardless of where they are found.

Who exactly says we're not worthy? That we deserve Hell? Isn't it true that people only say we're so genuinely irredeemable to prove the need for some supernatural redeemer? Or did I miss something?

You do not know anything related to God. How the hell do you know God loves you. All you have is hearsay from a book, as he never actually told you anything. God did not write any of that nonsense in the flawed, man-made Bible.

Because he is your Heavenly Father. The Father of your spirit. He loves you no matter what you do. He is saddened by our mistakes and our sins. And is our strongest supporter when we turn to him and his son "our brother" Jesus, and repent. It's why Jesus came to the earth and made his sacrifice! So that we can repent and be saved and return to our Father!

We came from God and go back to God and that is why He came to die for us as we could not help our condition. We are His children and any responsible father will sacrifice himself for the sake of his children

Let's see. I'll play this game and assume the Bible is not filled with contradictions and logical errors.
If Jesus died for the sins of mankind, he immediately went to sit at his father's (or is it his own?) right hand in heaven to rule for eternity. Yes, that's a tough "sacrifice".
