well u see, i am planning to lose like 5-10kg
....i seriously dun noe how ..i.... am giving my self like one month to lose the extra fats.. well pls tell me some diet method as well as exercises tht could help me for all round my body.. especially my butt. i need exercises tht help my butt and arms... and diets....i dun noe wat diet to follow and how to follow it.. Help!!!

The only way to lose weight is to cut calories and preferably, increase activity.

Aerobics and cardio activity are the best options to lose excess fat stores. and i must inform you that there is no excercise that targets calorie burning in particular areas. Try cardio kickboxing. This will help you lose weight and tone ur body
