My right arm ( a few inches from the wrist) hurts every time when I make a fist or left something heavy.?

see an ortho doctor immediaetly...most likely a tendenitis, busitis or other or upper arm or shoulder..further damage will be worse

could be something like a pinched nerve

you should go to a doctor anyway
